Whoops!Mar 22, 2008 Make sure that you read the product description carefully. I mistakenly thought that this was a usual Leslie walk (which I LOVE!) This is only for use with the Total Strider machine and isn't adaptable to indoor walking with a treadmill. You could probably use it while walking on a regular treadmill, but it uses a machine that is a treadmill w/moving arm.
Is probably a great product, but NOT useable unless you have the right machine to use with it.
