Best Value for the MoneyAug 03, 2009
By R. Kim My son recently bought a Nerf N-Strike CS-6 Recon rifle and wanted additional darts since they are easy to lose. Perusing on Amazon, I found this 100 pack with an accompany storage box to be the best value for one's money (as of July, 2009) albeit a bit pricey. The important distinction about these darts are that they are compatible with N-Strike line of guns and are called "streamline" darts. The 100 darts will hopefully last him for awhile...

Buy 100 darts now and save yourself some money in the long runDec 23, 2009
By D. Brennan Forget the 10-packs of darts. There are some days where I lose 10 or more darts. Buy 100 darts now, and know that you have enough ammo to take you through extended cube warfare campaigns.
The ammo box is a nice touch. It's a pain to open at first, but I trimmed down the plactic flap that holds it closed, and that fixed the problem.

Stop scrambling for more darts!Mar 23, 2010
By John W. Bachman Anyone looking to buy this, please please PLEASE note that these only work with "CS-6" series Nerf guns. Don't waste $30 and end up having to pay return shipping because you got the wrong darts. These will *ONLY* work with the Recon, Longshot, Raider, Longstrike, and Deploy. You'll be able to tell by the "CS-6" in the title of the blaster (or the "CS-35" in the title for the Raider). There is another item similar to this with different darts that work *ONLY* with the Maverick, Nitefinder, Magstrike, and many other guns *NOT* in the "CS-6" series. An easier way to figure this out is to find out whether or not the gun you're buying the darts for uses the yellow/orange magazines.
Anyway, this is great for larger wars where you don't want to have to keep picking up ammo off the floor and using it to reload. With this box, you'll pretty much have all you need--set it down, pop it open, and camp out. You'll be untouchable.
This box is huge, you could probably fit about 5 or 6 Clip System clips inside or a belt or two of Vulcan ammo, or maybe even a Maverick (not sure why you'd want to do that, though :p). Overall, it's great for storing your darts and the value can't be beat.

Great for holding all those darts for the Nerf gun, maybe we won't lose so many now.

Rambo, here I come!!!Jan 07, 2012
By zombie destroyer I myself am an adult who happens to be a gamer and a L.A.R.P. (Live Action Role Player). So naturally, me and my buddies use various Nerf weapons. Our usual roleplay consists of war re-enacting, zombie apocalypse, deathmatch, and the ever-popular capture the flag. If you're like us, who's Nerf blaster collection makes you think we're in the N.R.A., this is something that is a must-have for Nerfers. Each box has a capacity of around 300 darts, even though they come with 100. The foot locker shape of the box really adds to the commando feeling. When getting with your buddies to play Nerf War, get a couple of these, find a spot, camp out, and wait for your victims to come to you. This item is worth every penny you pay, and word to the wise, be sure to know your blasters before buying ammo. Because the streamline darts are only good with the CS blasters. These darts work with the Stampede, Longshot, Longstrike, Recon, Alpha Trooper, Raider. and Deploy blasters.
