I go this game for my 4 yr old son. He had the Smart Cycle with the game that came with it for a year now and didnt' play with it hardly every. But now that we have the Thomas game, he plays it everyday. It helps that he's a huge Thomas fan.
It has taught him physical abilities. The game has helped teach him how to pedal a bike. It has also taught him how to use a joystick. This is important to learn directions and how to navigate left/right on menus and games on the DVDs he has.
It also teaches colors, letters, etc.
Overall, I'm very happy with the game.

My grandson had a great time choosing an engine and going through all the choices to make the engine go. He's not yet three so he needed help with it, but he had lots of fun and I see how this is something he can also grow into - with the varying degrees of difficulty the software has.

I purchased this for christmas for my 3 yr old and he loves thomas. I will have to say you always pay more for anything "Thomas" which is sad but its fun for the kids who LOVE trains ($40.00) I haven't been able to find any smart cycle games at the stores so at this point his 40 dollar game is going to have to be it.

My son never used his smart cycle untill we bought this game. It is tons of fun and very educational. It helps him to burn off energy and learn at the same time.

My three year old is obsessed with Thomas and Friends. When he plays this game he tells me how smart he is and that his friends are helping him learn. His brother is NOT a fan of Thomas and does not like the game at all. This is perfect if your child enjoys Thomas and Friends.
