Tickle me Elmo. It is so funny, you have to laugh. It did sit up at exactly the wrong moment right in my daughters face and it scared her so we had to put it away for a couple months. Now she is older and no longer scared of it even if it sits up when she doesn't expect. Ha! You did it again!

This Elmo toy has put the fear of God into my daughter who avoids like it's a minion from Hell. The first few times she activated him she watched curiously and a little apprehensively. After that she just cowered behind my leg and cried until he was out of sight. Every so often I bring him back out to see if things have changed for her but they haven't. Now she sees him and cries instantly with a cry that's not just that of complaint but actual fear. I hate seeing my daughter like this so this toy is gone.
Strangely she likes Elmo on TV and watches him gladly, but this doll to her represents fear.
Also, after the first few tries the doll started behaving erratically and would get stuck in certain positions (or just freeze mid sentence) or just activate on its own without anyone touching it.
Not good.

Checked out the video before I purchased it, looked great!--however; it barely works. I gave it to my grandaughter (1st Christmas) so I can't take it back. But I am very disappointed with this product.

My 2 year old was so happy with this toy. He loved it! Got it for him last Christmas and when he finds it in his toybox, it isn't one just tossed aside.

I gave this TMX eXtra Special Edition to my grandson on his first birthday and he was immediatly the entertainment for the whole crowd. I have 13 grandchildren and this is the #1 purchase I've ever made. Wonderful toy.
